Standard Cancellation Policy

For standard reservations during non-peak seasons:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• 50% refund for cancellations 15-29 days before arrival
• 25% refund for cancellations 7-14 days before arrival
• No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival

Peak Season Cancellations

During peak seasons (December 15 - January 15, July 1 - August 31):

• Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
• 50% refund for cancellations 30-59 days before arrival
• No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival

Group Bookings

For groups of 5 rooms or more:

• Custom cancellation policies apply
• Deposit requirements vary by group size
• Contact our group reservations team for details

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

Booking Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur rate differences. Modifications must be made at least 14 days before arrival.

Force Majeure

Special considerations apply for cancellations due to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.
